This is my drawing of a one point perspective drawing of a hallway. I used value to show the difference between things that are up close and far away. The things far away are also smaller than the things up close. All of the lines go to the center point. The emotion is serious because the drawing is very realistic and there really isn't a huge emotion involved with it.
This is a drawing of a one point interior room. I drew a hallway using one vanishing point on the back wall. The objects in the hall use the vanishing point to base their lines off of. I used value to show the contrast between the things that are close up and far away. I also shaded some things to make it seem like there is light in the room. This drawing has a mood of energetic. The shapes seem to move around the page, and they almost look like they are flying off of the page. I used value to show the different shapes sides to add dimention to the drawing. By useing value it adds depth to each shape and adds to idea of the shapes moving. My parallel line drawing used the art elements of value and scale. Value is shown in the darker and lighter shapes and lines that add demention to the drawing. Scale is shown in the different sizes of the shapes and how the bigger ones seem to stand out more. The feeling is chaos because all of the shapes don't really have an order, they are just placed on the paper without a pattern. This is my drawing of swirling squares. I made it using a ruler and a pencil. The art element of value is being used when I pressed lighter and harder on the pencil. By pressing with different intensities, it cause some of the lines to be darker or lighter. There is movement being shown in the drawing because of how the squares spiral into each other. There is also contrast between the darker and lighter lines. The mood of this seems bust because of how many lines there are on the page and how each shape connects. |
